Updates #1.

Hey guys,

I added a lot of new features to the forum. You now don't need to press the "Reply" button, anymore, just type in the box. I also added the "Topics Title" option, for specific reasons. Heres a list of what the colors mean:

Red= Really, really important news. (Only the staff can use this.)
Green= An Update. (Only the staff can use this.)
Indigo= Minor Updates. (Only the staff can use this.)
Orange= An Announcement (Only the staff can use this.)
Yellow= A Question (Everybody can use this.)
Blue= Your New. (Everybody can use this.)

I'll add more later on .

Also, now the Stickies and Announcements are seperated from the Normal threads, so It'll be easier to find threads.
